Healthy Blue facilitates integrated physical and behavioral health services as a vital part of healthcare. Our mission is to address the physical and behavioral healthcare of members by offering a wide range of targeted interventions, education and enhanced access to care to ensure improved outcomes and quality of life for members. We work collaboratively with hospitals, group practices, independent behavioral healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, human service districts and other resources. This enables us to successfully meet the needs of members with mental health and substance use disorders as well as those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

How providers obtain assistance from Healthy Blue
If you would like assistance coordinating care for a member, contact our Case Management Team at 877-440-4065, ext. 35792. For all other needs, including general questions about available benefits, Healthy Blue policies or other general questions, you can find most of the answers on this website, or call Provider Services at 844-521-6942. Provider Services can also provide member-specific information, such as eligibility.
How members access Behavioral Health services
If a Healthy Blue member is dealing with depression, anxiety or a mental health concern, our care managers will work with the member and their primary care provider to help get the care they need. Members can also call Healthy Blue at 844-227-8350 for help getting specialized behavioral health care.
